WHEELER STREET CLOSED Storm Sewer Improvements Emporia, Kansas January 23— Beginning the week of January 5, 2023, Wheeler Street will be closed to through traffic from 15th Avenue to 18th Avenue pending construction of storm sewer improvements associated with the Village Elementary School project. The storm sewer improvements in Wheeler Street will be approximately 425 feet north of 15th Avenue and are expected to last up to two (2) weeks (weather permitting).
