The City contractor for Highland Street Improvements Project will be moving to Phase II setup starting Friday, April 28th, 2023. Phase II will require the closure of Highland Street from 12th Avenue to 13th Avenue, and include the intersection of 13th Avenue. 14th Avenue at Highland Street will be reopened to allow access to the Emporia State University.
