Emporia Police Detectives continue to investigate allegations of inappropriate touching at an Emporia Middle School Dance last Friday evening. To date, EPD has conducted 23 interviews, including an interview with the alleged suspect.
An arrest in this case has not yet been made. Probable cause is required to make a lawful arrest.
